The Opportunity As Director, Global ACS Sales Excellence, you will lead a new team focused on developing a modern sales enablement approach that helps our ACS Sales group sell more effectively and provide customer value. This role will establish success metrics, develop measurable frameworks, and introduce agile processes to rapidly and sustainably close performance gaps. Using real-time deal and sales data, you will establish a dynamic feedback loop that informs targeted training, mentoring, and resources for sellers, managers, and leaders. Through active collaboration with partners and innovative programs, you will champion value-based, customer-focused selling and drive lasting impact on seller performance and career growth across global teams.
