The Impact You Will Make The Regional Sales Excellence Director is responsible for supporting the Area Vice Presidents, General Managers and Sales Managers in their local sales and marketing efforts. The Field Sales Director will work directly with the Sales Managers within their specific markets to analyze the market and local competitors, write local sales and marketing plans, create smart goals to measure success, and train and assist the Sales Managers with the sales process, CRM utilization, on and off-site events and business development. The Field Sales Director will assist in building local referral relationships such as senior living companies, houses of worship, industry professionals, hospitals, and hospice organizations to drive local awareness and direct referrals.
