About The Position
The Director of FP&A will be a hands-on finance leader, owning core financial models, forecasts, and executive readouts, while serving as a trusted strategic partner to Business Unit leadership; biopharma and biotech experience preferred. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead strategic financial partnership for PBS. This highly visible leadership role will drive best-in-class forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics to support business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. The Director will provide financial leadership, influence commercial strategy, and deliver actionable insights to senior executives.
