Facilities Maintenance supports Walmart US stores, Sam’s Clubs, and Supply Chain facilities. About the team: Our team oversees the comprehensive financial performance of Walmart’s U.S. real estate portfolio, including new store development, remodels, acquisitions, and dispositions. We also manage the financial aspects of our energy initiatives, such as EV charging and onsite/offsite energy solutions. Committed to supporting energy and realty stakeholders, we focus on sustaining and expanding physical assets while enhancing the power grid and influencing energy policy. The team collaborates across departments to drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
