Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for store performance and operational functions. Operational Finance: Drive process improvements in inventory management, cost control, and store-level profitability. Business Partnering: Collaborate with stores leadership, operations teams, and corporate finance to support growth initiatives and optimize resource allocation. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in retail or multi-unit operations finance. Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus. Leadership: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment. United States Base Compensation: $174,000.00 - $218,000.00 The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Requirements
