About International Finance Transformation Our team operates at the intersection of finance, technology, and international business, delivering innovative data and AI capabilities to markets worldwide. We partner closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Market teams to design and implement scalable solutions that directly support Walmart’s global growth and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll shape the future of finance by leading cross-functional teams and driving adoption of next-generation tools and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading finance transformation with AI/ML technologies
• Expertise in designing and implementing global finance systems
• Strong program leadership and change management skills
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to senior leadership
• Experience managing and mentoring technical/analytics teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 7 years’ experience i n accounting, finance, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation, machine learning, and generative AI-based finance transformations
• Design and deliver centralized AI-powered operating models for forecasting and planning
• Build and scale core finance systems and foundational platforms
• Drive forecast quality, accuracy, and operational excellence
• Operate cross-functionally to ensure value capture and user adoption
