The Director, Healthcare Services Sales will lead a high-performing team responsible for the Medium Enterprise and Customer Base activities within an $80M+ Healthcare services practice. You will be a key member of the services sales leadership team, partnering closely with Healthcare Delivery to expand offerings, improve profitability, and create new revenue streams while helping the team exceed targets. The role’s primary responsibility is to demonstrate your experience in consulting sales and project delivery to help prospects and customers put together a plan for a successful project, including resources, timeline, and costs. You and your team will be employing effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday’s SaaS solutions as the cost effective, modern alternative. Your team will be required to be an authority in Workday’s innovative deployment methodology. You will work closely with Workday services partners to help them plan successful projects and grow their business.
