About The Position

The Director, Executive Recruitment leads the strategy and execution of executive and senior leaders hiring across the organization. This role serves as the primary recruiter for Director and above roles while leading the internal executive recruiting function. The Director partners closely with executive leadership and HR stakeholders to understand hiring priorities at both strategic and tactical levels, delivers a high-touch candidate experience, and ensures best-in-class executive recruiting processes and outcomes. Job Description Serve as the primary recruiter for Director and above roles, leading searches from intake through start date. Define, design, and implement active executive recruiting strategies for a variety of leadership roles. Lead executive talent research, market mapping, sourcing, and competitive intelligence efforts. Partner closely with Presbyterian Health Services executive leadership and the broader HR team to align executive hiring needs and priorities. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance candidate identification, engagement, and executive candidate experience. Establish goals, metrics, timelines, and formal tracking processes to manage executive search progress and outcomes. Partner with the Executive Compensation on benchmarking, offer strategy, and approvals. Oversee the creation, review, and execution of offer letters in partnership with the HR and Compensation teams. Manage third-party executive search firms, including reviewing agreements, defining scope, establishing timelines, and ensuring alignment on execution. Lead and develop the executive recruiting function, fostering high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead and/or participate in cross-functional special projects and enterprise initiatives related to talent and workforce priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, executive search, or talent acquisition
