To support the significant growth as part of our multi year strategy, Suffolk is hiring a Senior Director to build a best-in-class executive and senior leadership recruiting discipline within the Talent Acquisition function . This role is designed for a talent leader who brings strong executive search expertise , sound judg e ment, and the ability to influence at the highest level s across the enterprise. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, owning end-to-end executive sourcing and recruiting , while shaping talent strategy for critical, high-impact roles. You will partner closely with our VP of Talent Strategy and the HR Business Partner team to align talent needs with a strategy to identify , engag e , and clos e top-tier leadership talent, while delivering a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience. This is a highly visible, high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future leadership of an influential, innovative organization. As the organization continues to grow and evolve, th is role may assume people-leadership responsibilities in the future based on business needs.
