About The Position

Manage the Environmental Service department and Linen management for defined ancillary areas, including Jeanes
Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center and its affiliated locations. Manages and provides operations consultation for
System affiliates as requested. Directs housekeeping services in identified areas. Coordinates with facilities
management regarding environmental services set-up and removal of furnishings for events. Oversees the
department's quality assurance program. Assures the proper disposal of infectious waste. Interacts with and
provides recommendations to Senior Management regarding outside vendors and contracts. Guarantees compliance
with all hospital policies and procedures, all TJC standards, and all applicable federal, state and local regulations and
guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required) or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree (Required)
• 5 years experience in Environmental Services Management (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 5 years experience in a Healthcare setting (Preferred)
• Cert Executive Housekeeper (Preferred)
