About The Position

Responsible for performing functions in the Linen Department which includes counting returned linens, restocking, loading, pack preparation, and deliveries according to approved procedures. Involves pulling full linen carts weighing upwards of 200-300lbs throughout the hospital. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Works well in a team environment
• Meets expectations of hospital needs in an active work environment
• Ability to adapt to changing daily needs based on hospital needs
• Ability to follow instructions in the use of: Computer, hand held palms, and heat transfer machine

Nice To Haves

• 1 year Warehouse or Labor experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of Linen Department techniques and computer functions preferred
