The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Director, Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy & Operational Excellence you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Establishing and managing the Global Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) 3-year strategic and annual operating plans. Conducting capability needs and gaps analysis. Planning a $10 billion spend for the ESC. Acting as a global liaison for budget, data, technology, and capital investments. Leading scenario and stress planning, comparing plans versus realized outcomes Screen and leverage external trends within supply chain and technologies Monitoring insights and trends to advance strategies and initiatives. Creating content for strategic and operational reviews, including COC, QOR, QFR, and Board presentations. Deploying global strategy, setting goals, and visualizing performance through performance boards. Standardizing global metrics, primary data sources, definitions, and calculations. Driving special transformational programs and monitoring their global impact. Establishing communication platforms to ensure global teams understand expectations and targets. Managing strategic/leadership team communications and content. Partnering with Communications and Operating Framework leaders to enhance leadership communication channels. Activating communication plans and enabling staff and leadership meetings, events, and townhalls. Establishing global KPIs, analytics, and insights for decision-making. Supporting cost strategic and day-to-day performance analysis. Setting clear expectations and goals by quarter (90-day plans). Driving strategic decisions to lead the global team to success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Ten (10) years of experience working in customer facing operations, product supply chain and/or logistics in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Five (5) years of data or operational intelligence experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to self-manage time critical deadlines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Power BI, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in creating Executive presentation content and messaging.
