About The Position

You will lead implementation of our supply chain excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites. You will identify business improvement opportunities, lead initiatives, and deliver results using the tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement; using industry standard capabilities such as IWS, TPM, and lean manufacturing. How you will contribute You will: Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience Provide insight and direction to help us hit our targets and identify areas of improvement. You will also use internal and external benchmarks to help business leaders set business/departmental goals Help us apply and be self-sufficient in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques. You will also recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs by engaging with employees at the lowest possible levels. Requirements
