About The Position

You will lead implementation of our supply chain excellence program across multiple manufacturing sites. You will identify business improvement opportunities, lead initiatives, and deliver results using the tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement; using industry standard capabilities such as IWS, TPM, and lean manufacturing. How you will contribute You will: Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience Provide insight and direction to help us hit our targets and identify areas of improvement. You will also use internal and external benchmarks to help business leaders set business/departmental goals Help us apply and be self-sufficient in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques. You will also recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs by engaging with employees at the lowest possible levels. Redesign non-added value work processes, making sure individuals are fully capable of managing new processes in their daily routines What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Managerial courage to take a position and stand by it; provides direct, actionable feedback; and is not afraid to take negative action when necessary Dealing with ambiguity – Can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty; doesn’t get upset when things are up in the air; deals effectively with change and shifts gears appropriately Interpersonal savvy – Relates well to all kinds of people in the organization; builds and leverages relationships; effectively diffuses high-tension situations Perseverance – Pursues tasks with energy, and a drive to finish; does not give up until task is complete Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt) What extra ingredients you will bring: -Experience with IWS is highly desired -Experience in manufacturing operations is highly desired -CPG experience is highly desired

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)
  • 10-15 years of proven program management
