Requirements

8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quota
3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling teams of 5+ people
Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+ and navigate long sales cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with C-suite executives
Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and a consultative approach to solution selling

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, encouraging a culture of performance and accountability
Own and complete a revenue strategy passionate about acquiring and growing enterprise accounts
Build positive relationships with C-level executives to understand their cybersecurity training needs
Coordinate the entire sales process, ensuring a seamless and consultative experience from prospecting to renewal
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market strategies
