Summary: We are currently seeking a Director, Enterprise Partners to join our Channel Team and manage Clio’s most strategic enterprise partner relationships. What your team does: The Clio Channel Team is rapidly growing and focused on expanding our market reach by building and managing strong relationships with Channel partners. Our team recruits and onboards new partners, equipping them with the training and resources to succeed. By collaborating closely with partners and cross-functional teams, we ensure alignment with Clio’s goals and strategies to drive the development of the #1 cloud based legaltech solution. Who you are: You are a strategic relationship builder with deep experience managing enterprise level partners across complex sales & delivery cycles and technical ecosystems. You excel at developing high impact relationships, guiding partners through enablement and commercialization, and driving consistent revenue outcomes. You bring a strong understanding of partner business models, co-sell motions, deal registration, resale programs, and contracting frameworks. What you’ll work on: As a Director, Enterprise Partners, you will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise partners and be responsible for joint growth, alignment, and long term success.

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic partners in a B2B SaaS ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of managing successful customer solution delivery via a channel model (albeit with support from our Professional Services team)
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective account management.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build trusted executive relationships within partner organizations
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments to support business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive data informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, Channel partnerships, and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategy for a portfolio of enterprise partners that play a material role in Clio’s market expansion
  • Recruit, assess, and activate high value partners that strengthen Clio’s enterprise ecosystem and global reach
  • Lead onboarding and readiness programs that accelerate partner enablement and position partners for scale
  • Educate partners on Clio’s solutions and value drivers to support joint selling, resale programs, and services alignment
  • Build trusted senior level relationships across partner executive, sales, and operations teams
  • Develop joint business plans with clear revenue targets, pipeline expectations, and go to market commitments
  • Understand partner needs and business drivers to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Enterprise Channel Accounts, coordinating with internal teams across marketing, product, sales, and customer support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, delivery quality, refine strategies, and drive continued success.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize account performance.
  • Work alongside our Professional & Expert Services teams to ensure that the partners resource needs are correctly forecasted
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and partner agreements.
  • Support business objectives by performing additional duties as needed.
  • Travel as needed to support partner events and meetings.

  • The expected salary range for this role is $172,600 to $215,800 to $259,000 USD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency. In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis. Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
