About The Position
Under the direction of the Vice President of Nursing, plans, organizes, directs, and supervises system-wide education services and programs. Ensures service development, personnel management, and resource allocation and control. Assumes direction of participation in special projects as needed. Coordinates hospital- wide compliance with the Joint Commission Standards and other governing agencies.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years
- Registered Nurse
- Curriculum development of courses/programs
- Management and coordination of affiliation agreements and students
- Oversight of continuing education programs for all disciplines
- Oversight of learning management system
- Oversight of medical library
- Oversight of Magnet, Professional Governance, Nurse Recruitment
