Your day at NTT DATA The Director, Digital Transformation Enablement is a leadership role, responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of digital transformation enablement initiatives across the organization. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful enablement and adoption of new technologies, processes, and practices that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. This Director, Digital Transformation Enablement is responsible for leading and managing a digital transformation / information technology team fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Significant proven experience in a similar role within a global Information Technology organization.
  • Significant proven experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, technology adoption, or change management within an Information Technology environment.
  • Significant experience in successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and driving adoption across an organization is imperative.
  • Significant proven leadership experience related to digital transformation, change management, or technology adoption.
  • Significant proven experience in leading and managing a digital transformation / information technology team.
  • Significant demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in relevant areas, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Digital Transformation Professional (CDTP), are advantageous.
  • SIAM – Service Integration and Management Foundation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and communicates a clear digital transformation strategy aligned with NTT's vision and business goals.
  • Identifies opportunities for digital transformation and innovation across various departments and functions.
  • Collaborates with executive/senior leadership and technology teams to define digital transformation priorities and initiatives.
  • Leads the implementation of digital technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensures seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
  • Develops change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to ensure employees embrace and adopt new technologies and practices.
  • Evaluates existing business processes and identifies opportunities for optimisation, automation, and standardisation.
  • Leads process improvement efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organisation.
  • Utilises data analytics and insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborates with external partners, vendors, and solution providers to leverage their expertise and resources for successful digital transformation.
  • Oversees training programmes to upskill employees in using new technologies, tools, and processes effectively.
  • Identifies and addresses potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives, including data security and compliance.
  • Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital transformation efforts.
  • Regularly reports progress to executive/senior leadership and stakeholders.
