About The Position

As a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic (video and display) advertising. While managing client relationships you’ll be an account sponsor for some of our largest accounts while guiding digital paid media strategy with cross-channel integration and strategic activation of channels such as (but not limited to) search, social, display, video, ABM and affiliate.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
  • Deep familiarity working with eComm and lead generation B2C clients
  • Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
  • Comfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best in class measurement strategies specific to your clients needs (familiarity with MTA, MMA, incrementality testing)
  • Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing best practices
  • You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
  • You frequently find yourself stepping into leadership roles and want those around you to succeed
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
  • ‘Driven’ and ‘Innovative’ are attributes commonly associated with you
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of strategists and channel experts for a global enterprise engagement, as the internal go to for day to day process and priorities
  • Build, manage, and maintain the client relationship
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for your accounts
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your accounts
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
  • Manage a team to help fulfill and expand client’s marketing programs
