We are seeking an exceptional Director of Engineering to lead our Digital Commercial Engineering group. This leadership role will drive the development of Ford Credit's financial services platforms, e-commerce solutions, and sales enablement technologies for Ford Pro customers.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, artificial intelligence/machine learning experience and business strategy leadership, influence, and impact. You will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing engineering teams while delivering innovative products that transform how Pro customers interact with Ford Credit.
