Fortive’s Business System Office (FBSO) is a global Center of Excellence focused on driving commercial growth across Fortive’s operating companies (OpCos). Our mission is to equip commercial teams with the programs, processes, and insights needed to accelerate revenue, expand markets, modernize selling motions, and strengthen customer engagement. We are seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Growth & Digital Transformation—a strategic, enterprise-minded leader who brings strong commercial acumen, experience in sales operations, and a proven track record of enabling scalable growth. This role will champion modern go-to-market strategies, fuel digital transformation, and guide OpCos in building high-performing commercial systems, processes, and teams. While familiarity with AI, CRM, and analytics platforms is important, this role emphasizes commercial impact over technical depth, focusing on revenue performance, operational excellence, market expansion, and adoption of modern digital capabilities. You will partner closely with sales, sales operations, RevOps, marketing, and customer success leaders across Fortive to shape growth strategies, deploy best-in-class commercial processes, and ensure that OpCos maximize the value of digital tools—including CRM, data insights, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
