About The Position

The Director of Dental Laboratory Partnerships will lead our efforts in identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with dental laboratories seeking a manufacturing partner for their fabrication needs. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and in-depth knowledge of the dental industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales initiatives, cultivate lasting partnerships, and ensure our clients receive outstanding service and solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, within the dental industry.
  • Strong understanding of dental laboratory operations and fabrication processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential dental laboratories that require manufacturing and fabrication services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at dental laboratories regionally and nationally.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Present and promote our fabrication services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions address specific challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective partners.
  • Track sales activities and manage a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and promote our services.
  • Mentor and support sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture and sharing best practices.
