The Opportunity Direct Digital Holdings is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join the Marketing Team As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive performance marketing initiatives to support conversions across existing clients, channel relationships, and new prospects. This is a highly collaborative, remote position.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field.
  • Vertical Knowledge: Strong experience in Education, Travel, Energy, and Agencies verticals.
  • B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and persona-based marketing.
  • Outbound Skills: Proven track record in managing email campaigns and high-volume BDR lead initiatives, including cold calling.
  • Strategic Partnering: Experience working with B2B partners through marketing enablement.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
  • Performance Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize the sales funnel

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and manage a comprehensive lead generation program that includes inbound and outbound tactics.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Lead and optimize cold calling initiatives as part of a robust BDR strategy to drive new business opportunities.
  • Digital Campaigns: Oversee PPC/SEM and email campaigns to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • BDR Leadership: Develop and execute BDR lead initiatives and cold calling and email scripts to support sales growth.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of demand-generation professionals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product marketing, sales, and customer success to align on website updates, channel marketing, and product rollouts.
  • Analytics: Monitor marketing campaign performance and utilize Buyer’s Journey Reporting to make data-driven decisions.
  • ABM Execution: Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and optimize content marketing placement.
