About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Director to drive pipeline growth through data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics—owning integrated campaigns that align brand, content, performance marketing, and sales enablement to move prospects through the funnel. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that generate measurable demand, accelerate revenue, and create a cohesive customer experience across channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B or B2C funnel (depending on your org)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Highly analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills—able to translate strategy into action
  • Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools
  • Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing
  • Experience scaling demand gen programs in a high-growth environment
  • Background in security industry or target market

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, from awareness through conversion and pipeline acceleration
  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, paid media, ABM, and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to align messaging, targeting, and goals
  • Build and manage campaign frameworks, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on ICPs, personas, and buying stages
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, CAC, and ROI
  • Optimize marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing, and attribution models
  • Test and iterate continuously—messaging, channels, offers, and creative
  • Ensure consistent brand and narrative across all touchpoints
