This is not a traditional program management role. As Director, Delivery (Media), you will own the orchestration of complex, multi-market media workstreams supporting $1B+ in annualized global media investment for OpenAI. You’ll operate across paid, owned, and emerging AI-native channels—building the systems, workflows, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver high-performing media at speed and scale. This role requires a rare combination of operational rigor, performance fluency, and comfort with ambiguity. You will not just manage campaigns—you will help define the operating model behind them.
