We are seeking a highly strategic, dynamic, and outcome-oriented Director to serve as the Data Go-To-Market Lead for Slalom's Public Sector account portfolio. In this role you will drive growth and market presence for Slalom's Data & Intelligence capabilities (data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, data strategy and advisory) directly selling to our clients across various clients. You will partner internally across Slalom's sales, capability leadership, marketing and delivery teams to define and execute a GTM plan that positions Slalom as the strategic partner of choice for our Public Sector clients.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales or GTM leadership focused on data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud business.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing six- to eight-figure consulting or services engagements.
  • Experience engaging large strategic accounts.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build GTM strategy, lead pursuits, and close deals.
  • Depth in data & intelligence capabilities: data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data architectures.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan for Slalom's Data & Intelligence services within the Public Sector industry
  • Owning revenue targets and pipeline for a set of clients.
  • Engaging directly with client leadership, business/data executives, and stakeholders.
  • Leading solutioning and pre-sales efforts: collaborate with capability leads, architects, practice leads, and delivery teams.
  • Working with Slalom marketing and capability leadership to develop thought leadership content.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitive activities, and Public Sector account developments.
  • Providing leadership to a small team with responsibility for coaching and GTM execution.
  • Ensuring alignment between GTM strategy and delivery excellence.
