What you’ll do: The Director of Delivery, Client Engagement & OCM for Identity & Access Management (IAM) will lead strategic initiatives within the IAM Cybersecurity organization, ensuring successful delivery of complex IAM programs and initiatives while driving adoption and engagement through effective Demand and Release management as well as OCM activities across the organization. This role will also lead a centralized client engagement function to act as the POC for application and business teams to engage across the complex IAM ecosystem. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance program governance with human-centered engagement and change strategies to strengthen our enterprise security posture and deliver on our commitments while driving strong business engagement and communication.

Requirements

  • Program Management Expertise Proven experience in managing large-scale IAM or cybersecurity programs. Strong financial and resource management skills.
  • OCM Proficiency Knowledge of change management methodologies Experience in stakeholder engagement and resistance management for security initiatives.
  • Technical & Business Acumen Familiarity with IAM technologies (e.g., Single Sign-On, MFA, Privileged Access Management). Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Leadership & Communication Exceptional ability to influence and communicate with executives and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred). CISSP or similar cybersecurity certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery management: Responsible for running a team that drives all Delivery, Demand and Release management functions across the entire IAM org as well as aligning strategic direction and defining cross organization dependencies, strategic roadmaps and budget, planning and resource management.
  • Organization Change Management (OCM): Responsible for running a team that provides all OCM capabilities including change control, inter-dependency mappings, all communications and messaging as well as partnering and working across teams to drive engagement and awareness of IAM activities and changes company wide. Design and execute communication and training plans to drive adoption of IAM tools and policies
  • Client/Customer Engagement: Responsible for running a team that is the centralized POC's for how our clients/customers/partners engage across the complex IAM ecosystem and act as an initial contact point and coordination for how teams navigate to implement IAM platforms and tools.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Responsible for running a team that delivers centralized metrics reporting including driving OKR's, KPI's, KRI's, KCI's and any/all other metric reporting needed to effectively represent the functions, capabilities, and effectiveness of our IAM systems and tools.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor leaders and individual contributors across the team and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
