As our Director, Customer Optimization, you will support R1 strategy development as functional and technical expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation. Every day you will develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs and execute and improve R1's operating model. To thrive in this role, you must partner with internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives. Here's what you will experience working as a Director, Customer Optimization: Facilitate the delivery of tailored analyses using both internal and external data sources, including raw and published data, and structured and unstructured datasets. Apply knowledge of competitive dynamics and R1's unique advantages to analyses, synthesizing actionable insights. Requirements

  • 4+ years in management and people leadership.
  • Proficient experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience using tools like Qualtrics or other customer feedback platforms.
  • Experience in transforming perspectives from vendor partners to trusted advisors.
  • Strong skills in understanding customer behavior and using data to make decisions.
