You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor talented chefs and cooks, and deliver premium culinary programs that consistently exceed expectations.

Requirements

A proven track record of elevating culinary programs through creativity, innovation, and exceptional execution
Deep expertise across global cuisines, contemporary food trends, and diverse cooking techniques
Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop a high‑performing culinary team
A blend of restaurant‑level craft and contract foodservice discipline, ensuring both excellence and operational consistency
A passion for hospitality and guest experience, with an eye for presentation, flavor, and detail
The ability to collaborate seamlessly with operations, service teams, and client partners to deliver a cohesive, premium dining experience
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities
