About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE The Director, Creative Operations is a strategic leadership role, responsible for defining and scaling the operational infrastructure of the Creative department to enable efficiency, quality, and output. This leader serves as the bridge between Creative and key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Product, Retail, Finance), ensuring the creative vision is supported by scalable systems, clear workflows, and optimal resource allocation. They will steward the departmental budget and mentor a team of operations and project management experts. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Define, implement, and continually optimize the creative operations strategy, workflow, and resource management framework for the entire department, from project intake to final delivery Serve as a key creative liaison and strategic partner to leadership across Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure operational alignment with company objectives Manage the departmental budget, oversee vendor relationships, and guide the creative technology stack (DAM, PM tools), optimizing for cost-effectiveness and team productivity Mentor and lead the Creative Operations team (Project Managers/Traffickers), fostering a culture of operational excellence and proactive problem-solving

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading Creative Operations or as an Executive Producer in an in-house product company or complex creative agency
  • Proven success in defining and scaling operations for a high-volume, global creative function
  • Expertise in managing multi-million dollar creative budgets and developing operational efficiency through technology (e.g., Workfront, Asana, DAM systems)
  • Strong executive-level communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of cross-functional creative and production workflows across all channels
