JOB SUMMARY The Director, Creative & Brand Stewardship serves as Universal Creative’s on-site creative leadership presence at Universal Studios Singapore. This role is responsible for supporting show quality, creative intent, and brand standards across all guest-facing environments, attractions, and experiences in a partner-owned and operated park. The position provides embedded creative leadership in support of current remediation and quality enhancement efforts, while establishing consistent creative stewardship and Show Quality Assurance practices that sustain guest experience quality over time. This role carries defined creative decision authority within scope and operates in close partnership with the park operator and internal stakeholders.
