About The Position

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand & Creative Manager to shape the visual identity, brand voice, and design strategy for Radiation Detection Company. This is a very hands-on role—you’ll not only drive the strategy but also design and develop tools directly, or closely manage their production through vendor partners. The ideal candidate combines strong brand and design expertise with strategic marketing insight and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. This role will be central to positioning RDC to a broad spectrum of customers across healthcare, research, energy, and industrial markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or design-focused marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in visual identity, design systems, and creative storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, branding, and campaign development.
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalents).
  • Experience working with and managing creative vendors and agencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, brand identity, and creative direction of Radiation Detection Company.
  • Oversee a comprehensive brand refresh and redesign, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect RDC’s values, mission, and market leadership.
  • Design and produce creative assets directly, including website design, sales tools, presentations, advertising campaigns, and digital/print collateral.
  • Where external vendors are engaged, closely oversee their work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with RDC’s brand standards.
  • Ensure that all creative output reinforces RDC’s positioning in the marketplace.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create new and innovative marketing tools tailored to diverse customer segments (hospitals, healthcare systems, dental and veterinary practices, independent medical offices, etc.).
  • Play a critical role in shaping branding and creative strategies for new product launches in both existing and emerging markets (Europe, Latin America, Department of Energy, industrial dosimetry, and beyond).
  • Work closely within a small, agile marketing team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Bring a balance of hands-on design execution and strategic brand thinking.
