Creative and Brand Manager

Facet
8d$120,000 - $130,000Remote

About The Position

Facet is growing and evolving rapidly…and we are seeking a Creative and Brand Manager visionary to serve as the steward of our brand during this exciting chapter. While rooted in senior-level graphic design expertise (with a particular focus on strategic layout design), this role carries significantly greater leadership responsibility and executive exposure than a traditional design position. The ideal candidate brings exceptional design mastery, the confidence to act as the internal authority on brand standards, and the presence and persuasive influence to lead conversations and shape decisions, all grounded in a collaborative spirit. They are equally comfortable at executing high-quality day-to-day production work and driving big-picture brand strategy that meaningfully advances Facet’s visibility and impact. You will join a small but mighty team that operates from a foundation of trust, respect and accountability. We have big ideas but we also sweat the small stuff! Our team takes our jobs very seriously, supports each other, and regularly exchanges ridiculous gifs in the chat. Laughing isn’t optional—it’s core to who we are as a team.
