The Director, Corporate Learning, leads Marathon Health’s enterprise learning strategy, ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable impact across all programs. This role designs and governs the frameworks that drive accountability and align learning with compliance, operational needs, and organizational priorities. The leader in this role will reimagine how we upskill teammates and develop professional, leadership, and team capabilities to enhance performance, engagement, and readiness. Responsibilities include defining strategic capability plans, delivering learner-centered experiences, embedding just-in-time development into the flow of work, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of modern learning practices. The ideal candidate is a strategic and forward-thinking leader with a proven track record of transforming organizations through impactful learning solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Marathon Health’s mission, strategy, and priorities.
