About The Position

You'll shape how thousands of associates learn, grow, and build their careers in a retailer that's scaling fast and thinking even faster. You'll build the systems, tools, and experiences that help people get better quickly, stay confident in a changing environment, and deliver the kind of customer experience that sets best in class retailers apart.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years designing and delivering learning experiences at scale in a fast paced retail or multi location environment, with experience supporting both frontline and corporate teams.
  • Strong grounding in adult learning, instructional design, and the ability to create smart, fast, simple learning that fits into real workflows.
  • Proven success using technology, data, and AI powered tools to build personalized, accessible learning that boosts performance quickly.
  • A performance mindset with the ability to tie learning to clear business outcomes and operational KPIs.
  • Experience leading and developing a learning team while building trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Curiosity, speed, and the ability to turn complex needs into practical, actionable learning that people can use the same day they learn it.

Responsibilities

  • Translating business needs into learning strategies that improve performance, strengthen leadership, and support both store and corporate teams with solutions that make an immediate impact.
  • Building a modern learning ecosystem that blends original content, microlearning, hands on training, digital experiences, and AI driven tools that scale instinctively across a growing workforce.
  • Using data, insights, and performance analysis to pinpoint capability gaps and drive measurable lift in speed, quality, and confidence.
  • Partnering with leaders across the business to set priorities, shape capability needs, and guide adoption so new programs connect immediately.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high performing L&D team while setting clear standards for excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Rapid testing and iteration of new learning approaches so content stays relevant, nimble, and aligned to the rhythm of a fast-moving retail business.
