POSITION SUMMARY The Director Corporate Business Development serves as a dynamic and strategic leader. This role will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and executing high-impact partnerships across mortgage, consumer finance, fintech, and real estate sectors. This role will serve as a proactive relationship builder with a strong understanding of the industry landscape and a passion for driving growth through strategic collaboration. DESCRIPTION Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives aligned with Newrez’s commercial and corporate strategy. Identify and evaluate new partnerships and revenue opportunities. Develop partnership prioritization by revenue opportunity and impact to business. Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry partners, investors, and thought leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Represent Newrez in industry forums, conferences, and strategic partner meetings. Design, operationalize, and roll out partnership structures including onboarding, governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and ongoing account‑management processes to ensure scalable, long‑term partner success. Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others. Performs related duties as assigned by management.
