And that's what we do every day. About the role Roku is looking for an experienced Director to join its Corporate Development team. This role will report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning. The person in this role will have responsibility for generating, vetting, and executing a range of potential transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and complex strategic partnerships, while also defining and executing emerging opportunities and corporate-wide strategic planning. This role requires a strategic mindset, as well as exemplary analytical, financial, and communications skills. You will work directly on projects with senior executives across the company including Roku's CEO, CFO and other members of the executive leadership team. Our environment is fast-paced, affording the opportunity to work autonomously with minimal supervision in an ever-changing environment. An ideal candidate will need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the right mix of organizational and communication skills. We are looking for people ready to lead by example, be selfless in your leadership across teams, collaborate with your peers, and partner effectively with colleagues and external partners. For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $262,500 - $358,300 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
