Genesys is seeking a strategic, revenue-driven Director, Content Strategy to lead the development and execution of a unified content strategy that supports our mission to power empathetic, AI-driven customer experiences at scale. Reporting to the VP, Content Marketing and Thought Leadership, this role will be central to scaling Genesys content as a measurable growth engine — driving AI authority, enterprise credibility, demand generation, and pipeline impact across priority industries, ICPs, and global campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to align content strategy to GTM motions in a complex, global organization.
