As Director, Compensation Programs, you’ll define and lead the strategy, design, and evolution of our global compensation ecosystem - ensuring it scales with our growth and reflects our commitment to fair, transparent, and competitive pay. You’ll oversee the full compensation program lifecycle, from foundational architecture and annual cycles to new program innovation, while building the infrastructure and processes that enable consistent, data-driven decisions across the business. In this role, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, influencing critical talent and business decisions. This is a player-coach role where you’ll operate at both strategic and executional levels to drive meaningful impact across the organisation.
