As Director, Communications Measurement & Insights, you’ll set the vision and standards for evaluating the impact of Global Communications activities—bringing greater rigor to messaging, channel mix, and engagement. You’ll build scalable measurement infrastructure, translate complex data into clear executive-ready insights, and enable teams to make confident, data-informed decisions. This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with senior leaders and analytics/technology stakeholders. About Global Communications Global Communications connects Walmart’s purpose, strategy, and stories to associates, customers, communities, and key external audiences. The team operates as a strategic partner to business and functional leaders—planning integrated communications, advising on messaging and channels, and driving engagement through earned and owned platforms.
