A Typical Day: Leading cross-brand and cross-functional integration efforts to ensure operational efficiency. Translating corporate goals into annual operational plans for international divisions. Overseeing international distributor relationships to ensure effective product delivery and adherence to service standards. Collaborating with marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to align commercial objectives. Managing thought leadership initiatives and enhancing executive visibility for business unit leaders. Conducting strategic projects, such as indication assessments and pipeline recommendations. Analyzing emerging trends and unmet needs in the rare and ultra-rare disease markets. Evaluating industry data and brand performance metrics to support delivery of brand objectives.
