OverviewCrocs is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to refine and execute the long-term Collectibles strategy for the Crocs brand. The Director of Collectibles will be responsible for translating this strategy into end-to-end execution across product, marketing, and go-to-market (GTM) plans. This role will act as the single point of accountability for scaling a differentiated, durable collectibles ecosystem that strengthens brand heat, drives incremental revenue, and deepens consumer engagement. This leader will operate at the intersection of product innovation, storytelling, and commercial execution. Working through a cross-functional, dotted-line operating model, the Director of Collectibles will align dedicated product and marketing resources with broader GTM, sourcing, and supply chain partners to deliver high-impact launches with speed, discipline, and cultural relevance. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator. They bring strong strategic instincts, a bias toward action, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
