This position will serve as a key member in the Nursing Division’s Leadership Team. Responsible for the Nursing Division’s fiscal management of the Memorial Campus. Acts as primary contact and liaison for leadership for operational issues pertaining to business and financial operations. Leads teams to integrate and coordinate cross campus critical business activities with the primary goal of maintaining quality while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities include planning and managing the administrative/business affairs of the University and Memorial campuses, which may include clinical, research, service and educational activities. Leads the development of business/strategic plans, collaborates to develop and manage the department’s budget, assists in facilitating continuous improvements in operating efficiency, and collaborates with the coordination of the department’s staffing activities. Responsible for fostering an environment that is highly responsive to patient and family needs, strong provider relations, and enhances efficiency and effectiveness.
