We are seeking a Director, Climate Impact for our Global Sustainability team to support the delivery of JLL's net zero Program. This role works closely with internal teams across JLL to build and deliver collaborative plans to achieve JLL’s ambitious net zero goals. The Role will require a candidate experienced in working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, strong communication and leadership skills, a track record of implementing net zero initiatives across a complex organization, and experience driving results/implementation of initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading net zero or sustainability program implementation at an enterprise level
- Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder sustainability programs and initiatives – specific experience on a corporate sustainability team.
- Advanced experience in program delivery and strategic implementation plan development for corporate sustainability initiatives
- Exceptional organizational, program execution, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, senior leadership environment
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Project Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or similar education preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct program management activities cross-functional project teams across business lines and corporate functions to deliver program objectives.
- Lead the successful delivery of net zero program workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder management plans, and project timelines.
- Document and communicate efforts to advance net zero program objectives and implementation approach.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders, internal working groups, and other business functions as required to implement program workstreams.
- Develop understanding of core business functions and business lines to enable implementation of net zero initiatives.
- Drive annual program evolution through relationship building, internal collaboration, best practice recommendations and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide strategic recommendations on emission reduction opportunities and climate impact program improvement.
