The Director, Workers’ Compensation at Walmart Claims Services provides enterprise leadership over workers’ compensation strategy, quality, and regulatory compliance, with explicit accountability for California Workers’ Compensation operations. This role leads multi-disciplinary teams, oversees third-party audits and vendor performance, and drives consistent, compliant claim outcomes at scale. The Director partners with senior executives to mitigate risk, strengthen governance, and embed quality and compliance into daily operations across a complex, high-volume claims environment. You will work closely with Claims, Legal, Risk, Finance, Quality and Technology teams to design training content in an electronic format and drive measurable improvements in the claim’s lifecycle.
