About The Position

BCM One is seeking an ambitious and experienced Director, Channel Sales in the Western US to drive our Enterprise Solutions segment to new heights. As the Director, Channel Sales you'll report directly to the VP of Global Sales and will be pivotal in spearheading our efforts to capture and expand the Western US Market. You will lead a skilled team of Account Managers, focusing on ambitious revenue growth, acquiring strategic accounts, and fostering strong client relations. This role involves high-level strategizing, hands-on leadership, and continuous motivation to meet and exceed our impressive sales objectives. Requirements

  • A seasoned leader with at least 3 years in sales leadership.
  • 5 years of enterprise sales in telecommunications, cloud, or managed IT solutions experience is required.
  • Strong track record in managing and developing team members to surpass multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Expertise in complex, multi-product solutions sales to top-tier customers.
  • Robust network of relationships and the capability to expand client bases effectively.
  • Proficient in modern sales platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data analytics dashboards.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge in UCaaS, SIP Trunking, Managed SD-WAN, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Infrastructure services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
  • An MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in channel/partner sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the development and execution of strategic sales plans.
  • Train and guide team members in solution-based sales approaches, targeting C-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain essential partnerships and engage with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Innovate and identify new market opportunities within target sectors.
  • Uphold operational excellence with precise sales forecasting and CRM management.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales tools and operational resources for the team.
