As the Director of Channel Partnerships and Sales at Locality, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of our strategic channel partnerships. You will work closely with partner managers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to develop and execute strategies, foster strong relationships with key partners, and champion innovative approaches to enhance channel partnership programs. Manage, and foster a high-performing, diverse team that drives the success of Locality's channel partnership managers. Foster a culture that encourages creative thinking, risk-taking, and collaboration. Collaborate with partner managers to navigate unique challenges in each partner environment, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and ambitious business objectives. Forecast and optimize a team’s sales pipeline and lead channel sales strategies and initiatives to exceed revenue targets, identifying new and agile opportunities for growth. Identify unconventional opportunities and agile approaches to achieve and surpass revenue goals. Work seamlessly with internal teams, breaking down silos to align channel partnership initiatives with overall business goals. Adapt and evolve strategies in a fast-paced environment. Navigate uncertainties of the media landscape with a scrappy mindset. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with channel partnerships, ensuring a resilient and adaptable approach. Propose and implement innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of channel partnership programs, staying ahead of industry trends and competition. Serve as a thought leader and representative of Locality with partners externally. Be the representative of the channel partner business to the Locality team internally, providing insights and driving alignment with company goals.
