About The Position

Giftogram is seeking a mid to senior partnerships leader to refine and execute our channel partnerships strategy, expanding and deepening relationships that drive meaningful distribution, revenue, and product leverage. You'll work cross-functionally with BD, Product, and Engineering to turn partnerships into real, shipped integrations and repeatable go-to-market motions. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at both the strategy and execution layers: shaping the plan, opening doors, and doing the work to build and scale partner programs.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in partnerships, BD, or channel alliances (title adjusted based on experience).
  • Track record of building and scaling channel partnerships that drive revenue or meaningful distribution.
  • Strong cross-functional operator: experienced working with Product and Engineering to ship integrations or partner-enabled capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset: able to define metrics, evaluate partner performance, and prioritize what drives results.
  • High ownership and bias toward action (strategy + execution).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build structure where it doesn't exist yet.
  • Collaborative and low-ego approach, able to align leadership, BD, Product, and Dev toward shared outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech/payments, rewards/incentives, HR/benefits, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Experience building partner programs from the ground up (tiers, incentives, enablement materials, deal registration, etc.).
  • Experience with technical integrations and API-based partnerships.
