The Director, CAMZYOS Brand Strategy and Commercial Effectiveness, will lead cross-functional strategic alignment and decision-making for the global brand narrative, SCOUT-HCM indication launch, lifecycle management (LCM) including label optimization and opportunities for future growth, and competitive strategy for current and future market entrants. This role provides enterprise-level brand leadership across the full lifecycle, shaping how CAMZYOS is positioned, activated, and sustained in an increasingly complex and competitive environment to maximize brand impact and long-term value. This individual will serve as a key commercial partner for enterprise innovation and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring a strong commercial voice in the development, prioritization, and deployment of emerging tools to drive scale, consistency, and impact across the brand. This role works closely with the Executive Director and VP Brand Lead on Unified Business Planning (UBP) and Customer Impact Planning (CIP), ensuring strategic coherence and prioritization across key functions to drive performance.
