As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Director, Commercial Strategy. The Director, Commercial Strategy will be responsible for supporting product roadmap strategy, product innovation, and commercialization across our core offerings. This individual will be at the center of major transformation programs, partnering closely with product, marketing, learning & development, field, and clinical teams to ensure that we have the right messaging, programs, and processes in place to drive results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in a commercial strategy, strategic marketing, consulting, or product management role
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to distill and crisply convey complex ideas to varying audiences in written and verbal formats
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to satisfy deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to manage complex tasks and competing demands
  • Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional and client teams
  • Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a fast growing, rapidly changing, and entrepreneurial environment

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, dental, and/or multi-site retail experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage major transformation programs, inclusive of ELT performance reporting, cross-functional team leadership, and overall roadmap responsibility
  • Create go-to-market execution plans in collaboration with field, IT, marketing, and clinical teams for new concepts
  • Assess new product lines and create business plans to present opportunities to senior leadership teams
  • Continuously review innovative and technological developments in collaboration with the Clinical team to determine opportunities for value creation
  • Assist in vendor sourcing and selection processes for new partners or services
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
