About The Position

The Director of Business Strategy & Process Excellence is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational clarity, process discipline, and enterprise‑level standardization across the Px organization. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations, this role serves as a critical connector between business strategy, product evaluation, and the structured processes required to operationalize new opportunities at scale. This leader will shape how the Px organization evaluates, selects, and prepares for new products, ensuring that every opportunity aligns with the business strategy, can scale across regions, and is supported by consistent, repeatable processes. This includes leading the due diligence process for product submissions, assessing commercial viability across markets, and producing structured reports that enable executive decision‑making. With a strategic and analytical mindset, the Director will architect and maintain the global SOPs, governance models, and standardized processes that guide product development pathways—from pre‑submission evaluation through cross‑functional coordination with GDLs, Marketing, and Px teams. This role will also define the Px business budgeting process and partner closely with Platform Integration to ensure systems and tools are ready for new product onboarding. This leader ensures the Px organization operates with precision, alignment, and predictable execution—building the operational backbone that enables disciplined growth and long‑term scalability.
